MADE TO ORDER & NON-REFUNDABLE

All PAWVÉ fine jewellery is crafted to your personal specifications (chosen design + pet initial).

  • As a result, goods sold are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
  • Each purchase is considered a pre-order, with your fine jewellery crafted upon order confirmation.

PRODUCT IMAGERY DISCLAIMER

All images on the PAWVÉ website are owned by us.

Variations in lighting, angle, or material may result in subtle differences between the images and the delivered piece, reflecting the natural qualities of our handmade fine jewellery. As all precious stones used in our pieces are natural, slight variations in shade or colour may occur, making each item truly unique.

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

Each PAWVÉ piece is typically crafted within 7-10 days from order confirmation (NZ). We will always keep you informed of any updates or changes to the crafting process. 

Currently, PAWVÉ ships within New Zealand, with delivery generally taking 1-3 business days via NZ Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and delivery option.

PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely via the PAWVÉ website using approved online credit card gateways. Your transaction is encrypted and handled safely.

DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, duties, customs, and local sales taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges to release the order from customs.

DIAMONDS AND PRECIOUS STONES

PAWVÉ is committed to responsible sourcing practices.

All diamonds and precious stones used are natural and ethically sourced, selected through suppliers who adhere to recognised ethical and environmental standards within the jewellery industry.

As each stone is unique, slight variations in shade or colour may occur, and online images may not perfectly match the final product. These subtle differences reflect the inherent beauty and individuality of natural precious stones.

FAULTS, WEAR & CARE

Each PAWVÉ piece is handcrafted using fine jewellery materials. Subtle variations may occur and are a natural part of fine jewellery production, adding to the individuality of each piece.

PAWVÉ fine jewellery is subject to natural wear over time. Scratches, surface marks, and gradual aging are inherent to precious metals. Pets lead active and lively lives, so to preserve the beauty of your jewellery, we strongly recommend following our care guidelines.

Once a piece has left our possession, responsibility for its use, care, handling, attachment method, and ongoing condition rests entirely with the owner.

PAWVÉ offers repair services.

RESELLERS & BRAND PROTECTION

PAWVÉ is the sole manufacturer and authorised seller of all PAWVÉ fine jewellery. Unauthorised third-party sales, whether public or private, are strictly prohibited to maintain the brand’s exclusivity and integrity.

YOUR INFORMATION

Any information provided to PAWVÉ is fully protected. We will never sell or share your personal details. Your contact information may be used to notify you of new collections or special events, and you may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PAWVÉ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, wear, or handling of our fine jewellery. While we take every care in crafting and delivering your jewellery, we cannot accept liability for damage or loss that occurs once the piece is in your possession or being worn by your pet, including during normal or vigorous activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All PAWVÉ designs, images, logos, and content are the intellectual property of PAWVÉ. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any PAWVÉ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW

Our Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By purchasing from PAWVÉ, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

PAWVÉ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

CHANGES TO TERMS

PAWVÉ reserves the right to update or modify our Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
